149/5000 We join forces with the problem of access to housing: the Fundación Acogida y Esperanza and the Mambré Foundation sign a collaboration agreement
20/12/2019
The Mambré Foundation has donated two of its floors to the Fundación Acollida i Esperança. The flats are in Badalona and Santa Coloma de Gramenet and have been acquired by Mambré through the exercise of the right of search and retraction.
The transfer of the floors has been made effective through a collaboration agreement signed between the two entities on December 3. The aim is to join forces in the face of difficulties in accessing housing and "facilitate housing for the homeless, welcome them, accompany them and support them in their needs".
With these two floors, Acollida i Esperança currently has 18 homes that are managed within the Autonomous Life Support Service (SAVA) offered by the entity. SAVA supports the process of emancipation of people who have lived in a residential resort.
It is planned that three people will live on the floor of Badalona loaned by the Mambré Foundation and on the floor of Santa Coloma, a couple.
